What you should expect from a good HR Recruiter- someone who is well-balanced, representing the firm as well as managing the candidate’s expectations. A good recruiter will engage the job seeker with as much transparency as possible, representing their firm in good light but making sure to close the opportunity so that both the hiring manager and candidate are happy. It is really a shame when this does not happen and it is more frequent than we admit.
